Really just brain storming an idea
It could work something like this...
"I challenge the person below me to do 50 toe raises"
Someone would accept the challenge and offer another one. It could be done as an add on so the next person would do 50 toe raises plus the new challenge and then offer another challenge.
If we played add on by the end of the day some of us would have had a GREAT workout. Or we could just do single challenges...
I don't know. What do you all think?


Otherwise you'll be discussing rules for a few days and people will lose interest before you even start.
