Hello everyone! My name is Matilda and I am new to this site. I have been lurking for sometime but today I decided to finally join. I am on day 2 (phase one) fat smash diet! I am currently 252 and I would like to get down to 200lbs my wow goal would be 180-190. I wasnt always heavy I gain about sixty lbs with my daughter who is now eight years old......I have tried many diets and I truly feel that the main reason I didn't accomplish my goal is because I wasn't ready(mentally) I think that I am ready to take it one day at a time to complete my goal! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and hopefully together we can help each other along the way!
