There are lots of websites that will help you track your calories - my favorite is spark people dot com (all one word in your browser of course) - it will track your calories, has a sister site where you can enter your own recipes & it will calculate calories per serving for you, and well as lots & lots of recipes. You need to sign up but it's all free. It will also help you track your exercise, generate a food & exercise program for you, track your daily nutrients as well as your calories - it's just a great site. And like I said, all free.
