I am starting this change in my life and I just found this site..I am loving it so far.
What I need advice on is I am totally lost with eating right and working out (I will continue to read through the site for information)
but...
Do you have any advice or tips for what I am doing now?
This is what I did today
7:30am small bowl of fiber one cereal with skim milk and coffee
12:30 whole grain wrap with spinach mustard and tomato
4:30 baked sweet potato, brocolli and a small piece of steak
8:30 chicken peas corn green bean
I have drank about 6 16oz bottles of water and I had a shake with skim milk and banana and chocolate protein shake
I also went to the gym this morning and did 20 minutes on the treadmil and 20 minutes on a bike
this evening I walked back and forth to the park which is about 15 minutes one way
Am I doing alright?
