Could somebody suggest what to do with green beans, please? These are among the few veggies that I "don't do" because I don't know how to prepare them (to be tasty). I loved green beans from a Chinese resto but they were quite spicy and must have been made together with bacon because the flavour was very bacon-ey.
I would like to make green beans as a side dish to e.g. fish & sweet potato or chicken & sweet potato.
