Counting Down to 199

  • Hi all,

    My first mini goal (which really isn't so mini) is to be under 200 pounds. Onederland, here I come!!

    Anyone else counting down to 199??

  • I too am trying to get to 199. I'm at about 230 right now (I'm not sure - I never weigh myself). My first major goal is to get under 200.

    My first goal is to hit 199 before July 1. Right now....225. But I know I can reach it if I just stick to it! Good Luck!

    I'm 210 from 235+... my 1st goal is 195. I'd really love to be under 175... I don't ever in my life remember being under 175, so that would make me SO Incredibly happy! But that'll be my next goal!
    How are you all getting there? I don't have much of a program... I'm just eating somewhat healthier & I try to only eat when I'm hungry. (I used to be a major boredom/depression eater) Plus I'm getting more active in daily life, but I'm not on what you'd call an exercise program. So far this is working well though; I was 235 at Christmas.
    I'd like to exercise, but ya know how it's just uncomfortable when your so much over weight? (I know that's not excuse! )
    I was thinking that after I hit 195, I'll put myself on a real exercise program... at least 2 - 3 workouts a week.
    Well, I'm outtie, but I'll check in with you girls later!

    Hi! How are you all doing?

    What's up? Are you getting nearer to your goals? I hope so! Unfortunatly I've hit something of a plateau! I'm sure it'll be over sooner or later.

    I was just looking around at some of the thread and I thought hey, I fit into that catagory. I think i will be exstatic when I hit 199. I started at 264 and am currently 216 I've been going to WW. I have been trying to hit the 50# goal for a while and have plateued and then gained and am now back on track with two pounds to go. after that, my goal will be 199. I don't even remeber the last time I was under 200 so I am trying really hard. Right now its my TOM and I am craving everythig but I am trying really hard not to fall off the plan again. I hope you guys check in and let me know how you are doing.
