Some days, I'm super motivated and feeling great. But occasionally, I have moments where I completely "forget" or lose sight of why I'm trying to slim down. I have to fight with my mind and persuade myself that there's a very good, important reason why I'm on this journey (because there is!!), and it doesn't come easily.
It's not really the same as when I lose motivation or when I'm just plain tired/lazy... it's like my mind really blocks out all the good reasons why and I'm left feeling confused. This happens quite often and I want to figure out a way to remind myself why I'm working so hard.
Any suggestions?

Add experiences, feelings, clothing you want to wear....all that good stuff. Make copies of it to keep around, or in your purse, and then read it in the morning before you start your day, or before you eat big meals, or before you walk into a situation that you know is going to tempt you to cheat. Don't just skim over it, but really READ it and picture in your mind all of the things that you have written down.
