In any case...I track my calories, sodium, protein, and fiber...I eat high fiber and work out 5 days/week. I call it the "Amanda Diet" and it works for me. I have found lots of different foods along the way that replace old foods....it's a learning experience, but listen to your body and you will find your way. Good Luck!
