I gained 4 lbs last weekend and lost 2 of them this week. I am also visited by aunt flow so it could be why these last 2 are hanging on hopefully I am at least 172 by next weigh in
I am still on this darned plateau between 304 and 305! I upped my calories and saw a difference, but then also increased my workouts (I joined a gym!). I am just going to give my body some time to figure things out. I just keep trucking along hoping for some motivation from the scale.
