i'm back

  • Hi ladies
    Well I'm back. It's been a few months. I only work in the winter but I work a lot. About 65-70 hours a week. That is one of the reasons why I am the same size. I work at a ski resort but only get to go skiing on occasion. (3 times this year) and with my husband being away ( almost 6 months now) I haven't had time and it's not fair for my girls to spend all day and evening in daycare. Anyway, enough with the excuses.

    In about a week I'll start at the gym again and go 5 days a week just like before work. I can't wait. I haven't gained anything since I stopped going but I haven't lost anything either.

    If you don't remember I was going for about 8 weeks and had lost an inch every place on my body. I wasn't worried about my weight because my clothing fit much better.

  • Bella! Welcome back sweetie! Congrats on not gaining any weight while "taking a break" aka working your booty off! It's almost spring time, perfect weather to be moving more. Well, I hope that does the trick for me. I too was on and off again for awhile this past year, but I am feeling really motivated and have lost 7 of the lbs I gained back already.
