First Full Month

  • so, i just managed to workout for an entire month. that's crazy! haha, because i'm so lazy, but i managed to do it.

i took pictures when i started and took some new ones today. i can see some changes. i know i've been feeling some: my neck and wrists look slimmer and my clothes are starting to get baggy.

i've got such a long way to go though which sucks. hopefully by this time i'll be at my goal weight (which i upped to 135-140, it seems healthier). i did a little indulging today, because i got a club sandwich and ate some fries from grandpa tony's restaurant but i only ate a small bowl of cereal, 2 granola bars, and a water bottle of the crystal light lemonade.

ok, now i'm rambling, but yeah this is my first mini-goal accomplished!

    yay!
  • Good for you! I think starting (or maintaining) a regular workout routine is one of the hardest things to do... a lot of people give up after a week or two. But a month is great! Here's to another successful month!
  • wow!! this is my first post and I must say you are inspirational. Good for you!!
I will definately try my best to do the same!

  • That is absolutely awesome! I'm working toward that right now and esh is it hard. Congratulations on your accomplishment! And yeah, I'm lazy too. I'm really looking forward to when I can I say I enjoy working out!
  • Yay! Great job! I'm exercising steadily and have been for a few months, but it's not very much. My April goal is 400 minutes. I just have crazy days where I can't do anything but work and occasionally collapse in a heap, and then my immune deficiency keeps me under the weather for about a week out of every month. But I keep trying, and you who can keep it up are my inspiration!
  • way to go!
  • That's great. I'm lazy too, so it is always a struggle for me, but it gets better.
    So keep on going.
  • Congrats, that's a HUGE accomplishment
  • That's Great But Once You Get To Work Out For A Whole Month Your Body Gets Used To Working Out Keep Up The Good Job
