When I was a member of LA Weightloss, I had access to their members only website. One of the options on the site allowed you to email regular recipes to the LA Chef who would convert them to on-plan. I believe this is what you are referring to. Hope that helps.

Is this still possible?? One of my main annoyances with LAWL is "Am I able to eat this, and how much "prot/starch/etc" is it..

Do they still have this member's only website? I am a member and have never been told of it.
