I only lost 40 pounds, which isn't nearly like what many of you have accomplished, but it sure has meant a lot to me ... :-D

Wow, I just took a look. And am I glad that I did. Incredible. You seem to be thoroughly enjoying that new, fit self you've created. As well you should be. Congratulations on a job very well done.

You look fantastic! I especially like the biking photo, in part because it's *hard* to feel so comfortable in your skin that you can wear lycra shorts and still smile so beautifully. Bravo!

Thank you so much for the supportive comments! I DO feel great! I have so much more energy and confidence in my ability to attempt new things. I'm so grateful to be able to run and hike and bike and keep up with my active DH and two teenage boys. Now the challenge is to stay this way ... 4 months on maintenance and counting.
