I am new to EFS and I was wondering if hard alcohol was allowed. I am in Cycle 1. I saw 2 glasses of red wine but I wasnt sure if something like rum and diet coke was acceptable...

I don't drink so I didn't really pay attention to it in the book, and now my book is somewhere between Korea and Germany on a boat...

I'd tend to avoid alcohol, just because of the calories. You could just get the diet Coke or even water. I'm a big ol' nerd whenever we go out and just get water! No one has said anything (to my face ) yet.
