HI everyone
I am doing the gold plan, I have the bars, but I am allergic to soy and I can't eat them any more. Can I do gold without the bars? I don't want to do purple.
For the best weight loss is it best to do carbs that are closer to the 40 calorie mart? I like mini bagels sometimes but they are 100 calories, so I know that is not good. My problem is only with carbs at breakfast.
Does any one think the Carb-X WORKS?
does eating at night hurt your weight loss?
