I'd love to be able to add an extra snack to my day- who wouldn't! I was thinking tonight while juicing and emptying all the pulp that the pulp may account for some of the total Calories. Juicing can add up quickly, unfortunately.
I add pulp back for lost fiber, but not nearly all that the juicer produces.
To be on the safe side I always just account for the entire fruit. However, if anyone knows better give me a shout. Or if you just juice and want to share a favorite blend then share away!
