I had a can of the Progresso 0pt Southwestern soup in the cupboard so I heated it up and added 7 baked tortilla scoop chips for 1pt. It was awesome and just what I needed to kick me back in gear! I actually crunched up the tortilla chips and added them to the soup. Viola! It was filling and added a little kick to my day
plus it was something different that I hadn't tried before. I love motivation for new foods. Now, I just have to have it more often!
