Hi, everyone...I'm having trouble getting any weight loss started on a plan like Weight Watchers, or anything where you eat high carb/low fat.
Does anyone think, when we get to the weights we are, that our sensitivity to carbs is more than that of smaller people?
I've tried low carb plans many times before, and haven't been able to stick with them very long, but did manage to lose some pounds on them.
Just wondering what type of plans people in here are following? I'm looking for ideas because I need to tweak my own eating plan.
