10% Finally!

  • Yeah, I have officially lost over 10% of my body weight! I am 1 pound below that mini goal! I never knew that losing weight would make me feel so good! Thanks for all your support!

  • Another comment from me - I just read a few days ago in USA Today that a researcher claims that the best thing any overweight person can do, is to lose 10% of their weight. And then try to maintain that loss for, well, he suggested 6 months. To allow the body/metabolism to adapt, then to attempt additional weight loss again.

    I think any of us would be too impatient to wait 6 months before attempting again but it was interesting.
