Hi all i made this following recipe the other day but i have no clue how to figure out calories in something. Anybody have any ideas? thanks
1 avacado, cubed
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, cubed
1 can chick peas
3 scallions, chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
2-3 tsps lemon juice
salt and pepper



. Just got to be that much more vigilient. And keep on using those tools and anything else we can get our hands on.
