In need of some knowledge

  • I have some knowledge, but obviously not the kind I need about nutrition. I have been looking at all the website and they keep telling me extremely different numbers for caloric intake. I am 5'2"/5'3" and weigh 165, how many calories should I actually consume if I do not exercise that much yet?

    Any suggestions, knowledge, articles would be a HUGE help.

  • I am 5'2" and while losing I usually aimed for 1200 calories a day . Anything below that is not considered to be healthy.

    I am 5'4" and currently about 165 with my goal at 135. I also keep my calorie intake to around 1200 (with higher calories on friday as I have pizza on Friday night) All other days I try not to go over the 1200. I also watch my fat counts and try to keep those under 26/day. Hope that helps! Good luck!
