http://www.mapmyrun.com/ - This is a fantastic website. You can map out a run anywhere! Just put in your zip code and you can create a course. It tells you how long the course is and how many calories you burn. Try it out!

http://www.shape.com/fitness_tools/ideal_weight/ - This is an Ideal Body Weight Calculator. It gives you a range, which is so much more realistic.
