I just double checked the WW website, I believe that 1/4 of an avocado is 2 points.
They're delicious raw. Diced up on salads. Sliced on top of burgers. All sorts of ways!
A whole avocado is about 8 points, so it's not often that people are able to eat a whole one in one sitting. So, here's what you do...
Cut the avocado in half. Pry apart. Leave the core attached to one side, and wrap that side up tight & put it back in the fridge. When you go to use that half it may have turned a little brown, but just gently scrape that brown part off and the rest of the avocado is good to go!
For the part that you're using right away: Take a spoon and slip it in between the peel and the meat of the avocado. Work your way around, separating and then scoop out the insides. Slice, dice, or eat as is! They're delicious
