I've been doing it since the end of January and I definitely notice a difference. My quads are rock hard. My arms appear to flap less. lol My biceps are a bit more noticeable. My endurance and stamina are much better, too. I love the way I feel when I leave the class. I was definitely nervous when I first took it, but I am sooooo glad I did.
