Hello to all!

  • Good day to all! I was actually looking for recipes and came across this site! WOW - this looks great! I will eventually figure it all out! I have just recently joined back up with The Metabolic Research Center! I was a member years ago with a lot of success! Unfortunatly life is what it is and after a couple of surgeries, retiring from the military and hugging the couch a bit, I put back on the 65 lbs. that I had lost in addition to some additional friends tagging along! Well it has been put off long enough! It is time to get this weight off! My husband and I are doing the program together (you see, he put some extra friends on too)! We have become a good support system for one another granted a man will not be able to see a womans perspective when it come to loosing weight! That is where this support system will be great! I am looking forward to my old self and the journey with some new friends!

  • Thanks for the invite! To the vets, congratulations on your success! Hey Cali lady! I'm originally from CA also (Burbank), left many years ago. Retired military now and settled in AL, CA too busy/crouded and expensive! Most of my immediate family is still there!
