Good morning all!
It is time to get ready for spring. You wouldn't know it's here by some of the weather we've all had.
I got up this morning after having a week off and did the Abs workout. Boy oh boy do I feel it!
I could feel my knee shifting during the warm-up, so I think I'm going to stick to some of the workouts that don't require much walking.

Can I join in?? I love WATP!! I just got done doing the 3 mile.
I even kept up w/ most of the intervals!
