I went on calorie king and looked up ground turkey, compared a few different brands and lean percentages, this is probably not the way to do it, but I did some division and multiplication with the calories and fat and came up with about 145 cals. and 6 g of fat for 4 oz. which is 3 pts. the book says 1/2 c is 2 oz. so I would say depending on how you count your pts. 1 1/2 or 2 pts. I would just take the 2.
An easier way than all that and what I would normally do, is in the book 95% lean beef is 2 pts. for 1/2 a cup so I would just use that. oh yeah, I was assuming you meant raw.
It was interesting looking at the different calories and such, like 85% lean turkey was something like 230 calories for the same amount, you automatically think turkey is healthy, but not always.
Perhaps someone else will have a better answer for you. Best of luck.
