Hi girls! Not a whole lot to report here. I have stayed OP for the last two days. I really needed to re-commit! I have been down in the dumps big time! Urgh! I did journal and add water to my diet, but I haven't gotten much exercise, unless.........you count all the running to the bathroom to pee because of all the water! lol!

lawdog97 - Hi & welcome! I wish I could answer that question for ya! I find that I have to use all my points to see any loss at all! 15 points seem low?!?!? Are you sure you are getting enough for your body to burn? Look at what you weigh, are you possibly at your goal weight? Also, if you are lifting weights, you're probably gaining some muscle?!?!? Brianna - it's ok to have a "couple" of bad days and it sounds like you're back on the horse again! Scales - yuck! I have never owned one that stayed consistant! I have a Health-o-meter, digital - it's ok, but like I said, not always consistant!
