Just wondering what you all are doing for diets. I have done atikns(3 years ago-was successful for me and then got pg last year)fat smash, carbohydrate addicts diet and sonoma diet.- I am thinking about doing atkins again-for a few weeks before i go on vacation-I have about 8 pounds to lose. Just wondered if you had an suggestions?

.... I Calorie count, Body for Life - 5-6 small meals/day with a portion of lean protein and unprocessed carb at each meal - I also do Fat Flush, because I like some of their ideas ie: cranwater, flax oil, flax seed....
