    Hi, I am back to 3FC after a... uh... hiatus.
    I'm ready to dig in and get some weight loss behind me now.
    I'm looking around at the different forums and found you guys.
    I like what you're doing here. So ready or not, here I come!!!

    I agree with Thinfor5. Even have my BF doing it now. He views it like spending $ and getting to pick every day what he is going to spend his taste buds on!

    Thank you all for you kind welcome.

    I'm gonna start by counting up a week of typical eating.

    Then, when the shock wears off, I'll start whittling on that number.

    See fat. See fat melt. Melt, fat, melt.

    I think looking at calories and fat and carbs makes me make better choices of what I put into my body.
