WOW, My Body Sure Kept Me Motivated

  • Hey guys just a little update. Yesterday afternoon I weighed in at 267.8 I was way bummed, I know I shouldnt have been haha. This morning after the bathroom routine and before breakfast I weighed in at 265.0 I know must be water weight but just looking at smaller numbers on the scale has motivated me to stay on track today! Okay enough rambling. If anyone wants to chit chat on AIM or Yahoo my IM is thatsspify and ashleylopriore on yahoo broc:
  • I never weigh in the afternoons. Or at least if i weigh I dont worry about what it says. I weigh in the morning before dressing. BY afternoon I have had at least 60 ounces of water plus coffee and 2 meals. I dont want that showing on my scales...lol Keep up the good work
  • I, admittedly, am obsessed with my scale. I weigh every morning. I will even weigh at night to get a "preview" of the next morning's weight (it's always 3-4lbs less than the night before). I know, I'm a sicko...
  • I weigh in the mornings, stark naked, nothing to eat or drink etc. But I also weigh on the doctor's scale that's in the ladies' locker room at the gym. Our ancient scale at home is way off, so I just use that as a general guide as to whether I am up or down, and go by the gym's scale, which I get on a couple of times a week.

don't worry, i do the same thing!
  • Scale paranoia here too. Step on it no less than 5 times a day. Don't want anything sneaking up on me!
  • HAHAAH I guess I have a new illness, Hi Ho To The Scale Paranoia. On other terms I am super di duper excited because I got my turbo jam today!!! YESSSSS
  • I used to be like that....

BUT! Now I live in a house with fat scales....they weigh me heavier! So I don't weigh myself and only do when I go visit mum!

Its cool tho! Last time I was very plesantly surprised!
