We signed up for a Gym this last Monday and we have went a total of 3 times. The first time we did ok but not as long as I would of liked. I couldnt stay on one machine more then 10 minutes without feeling like I was going to fall over!
The next day we used their pool and I did 10 laps again felt dead after.
I had set a goal to use a machine for 30 minutes straight with NO Break at all and no whinning ( ok with less whinning)
I did it tonight! Not only did I do 30 minutes straight I also went on to lift weights for 15 minutes and 15 minutes on a bike. I then got to sit in the wet Sauna and relax!
I am not as tired as I thought I would be. I AM tired and I dont think I could work out more tonight but I dont feel like I am going to die over lol!
I hope to beable to do 35 minutes by sunday night and hope within a month I can do 60 minutes.
This is not a easy task as I have lupus I am type 1 diabetic and within the last year have had some health issues with my lungs and stomach. BUT i did it and I will continue to try to keep going!

thanks. I just knew I would wake up really sore today. BUT I am not!! I can feel I worked out but I am not to sore! Guess the suana worked !
