Hi, me again! I wanted to know if anyone else compares the amount of weight they lost to the weight of things. Okay, don't know if that came out clear. What I'm talking about happened to me a couple of weeks ago and it still kinda blows my mind. I had to take my dog to the vet and they weighed her. Well, I had weighed that morning and I had lost 20.4 pounds. My dog weighed in at 20.3 pounds and I couldn't help but thinking "I have lost that much!" I got to really looking at Cici (my dog) and her size and how heavy she felt in my arms (of course, she was fighting tooth and nail to keep from getting put on the table). I couldn't beleive the comparison. Of course I had begun to notice subtle changes in my body but I didn't think it was a big deal. If I had a Cici sized chunk missing from one part of my body it would have been alot more noticible! On the way home I was still so excited about that and I called my mother and told her I had lost a Cici. Once I assured her that I hadn't actually lost Cici herself, she just kinda laughed and said she guessed I had. Anyways, I'm sure comparing my fat loss to my dog's body isn't entirely an accurate comparison, but it's gotta be close enough.
Seriously guys, if you haven't thought about your weight loss along these terms, try it. It really helps put things in perspective. When I reach 39 lbs I will have lost both my dogs! (In a good way of course) It made me realize that 20 pounds is a big deal, it feels like alot when you pick it up and it looks like alot when you look at something else that is flesh and bone and weighs that much.
So, what person, place, or thing have you guys lost already?
Sorry for the lenght.

Yep, that's about right!!!
