My good news!!!

  • I've lost 11 pounds since joining 3FC!!! I seriously never thought I'd be able to do that. I'm eating foods I never liked before (i.e-chicken, spinach and broccoli, etc) I have about 39 more pounds to lose and then I'll be the same weight as Dh, lol. My new short term goal is to lose 5 pounds by my 23rd birthday (April 29) so I can get my pierced, lol. I'm starting to feel a lot more postive about myself. Something that I havent been able to do in a really long time. (that made me tear up a bit)


    So ya..thats my little update.
  • Yay! Congrats! That's 5% of your body weight...enough to seriously reduce your risk of diabetes and other weight-related health problems.
