If that yields nothing, it is a possibility that your body is naturally happier at the weight that you're at now.
I'd be willing to accept that my body is where it wants to be - but its not staying at its current weight, i'm gaining 1 or 2 pounds a week which is not acceptable.
Here is my meals for yesterday:
Breakfast - same as today
5:30 a.m. 1 cup (cooked) steel cut oats with 1/4 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup almonds added to it, 2 hard boiled eggs and a large can of V8
7:30 snack - 1 banana, 1 slice whole grain bread with 2 tb natural peanut butter, 8 oz yogurt
9:30 snack - 3 oz deli turkey, 1 cup baby carrots with ranch dressing
12:00 lunch - sandwich made of 4 oz roast beef, 1 oz cheese, 2 slices whole grain bread with mayo. Large salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing. 1 pear. 1 60 cal. jello pudding cup. a 100 calorie pack of cookies.
1:30 snack - mozzarella cheese stick. raw cauliflower and broccoli dipped in hummus
3:30 snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixed with 1 hard boiled egg chopped
5:30 dinner - 6 oz broiled salmon. 2 cups asparagus drizzled with olive oil. Can of spinach. 1 cup whole grain rice. 1 whole avacado. 1 cup milk.
8 p.m. snack - 1/2 cup nuts and canned fruit no sugar added.
This is what I needed to eat to satisy hunger. I stopped when I was full and never completely felt satisfied - still a bit hungry all day. Honestly, I need to eat more than this to get out of the hunger zone. Do you see any problems?
