I do my yoga workout at 5:30 a.m. My work all day is walking and "labradorcize" so I don't do any other workout.
I just hired a trainer so I will now have to figure out how to do the once a week session with her. I'm usually too tired after work. Think she'll like the idea of coming to my palce for 5:30 a.m.
