  • Last night I weighed in and lost 3 lbs. which is great!!! But the 2 huge successes are that it brought me to 151.6 lbs. lost and after 15 yrs. of taking blood pressure medication (at one point I was taking 3), I am MEDICATION FREE!!!! Never in my life did I think that I would lose this weight and become a healthy and active person. Weight Watchers is the best thing that entered my life. I wish everyone out there every success they wish to achieve!!!

  • Fit!

I'm so proud of you, i feel like crying for you! and i dont even know you WW is such a wonderful program. I never feel deprived on it and I think thats why so many of us stay with it. Although the weight loss may be slower than with other programs, its much more satisfying!

I truly am proud of you ((hugs))

I actually had a success today... I didn't eat muffins that were right there in front of my face.... for me, that is a success!and i couldnt afford the pts

    CONGRADULATIONS again

  • Fit: Congratulations.

I am so glad to hear that the weight loss has helped you get off of your medication. I hope that I never have to go on any medication because of my weight and your success is just the kind of thing I needed to hear to keep me on track.

    Keep up the great work.

  • Congratulations on your remarkable weight loss, and your much improved health!!! Don't think that it just helps you. Hearing about other people's sucesses certainly motivates me.

One of the reasons I got going on the WW was because my Dad (following his own program) lost 100 pounds and was able to go off diabetes medication entirely. His diabetes is now gone, and no longer harming him.
Enjoy that good and healthy life!
