Hi My name is Colleen. I did FS in the fall and had great results(with a lot of excersie i might add). I had a baby last may and was able to lose about 15 lbs on FS. I stop around thanksgiving and ate what I felt like and then after new years started to diet again-tried a few other diets but now i am back at FS. I have 7 lbs to go to goal and would like to lose that by april 18 when I go on vacation( a little soon would be nice since i have to get a bathing suit).This time around I won't be excersing so much because my DH is working alot and it is dark sooner-no walking after dark. So anyhow my question is how many times a week do you weigh yourself? And for someone with so few pounds to lose do you think it will matter if i only get in 2 or 3 walks a week but can make them 1 hour instead of 30minutes?
