Hi everyone,
I'm a long time lurker, this is my first post. I have quite a bit of baby weight to lose and I've decided to try the Fat Smash Diet.
I've read the book and I'm confused about a few things. Portion size. This doesn't seem to be set in stone. And the list of foods that you can eat, such as 2 cups of skim milk/low fat a day and 4 egg whites. Are these required amounts or are these just limits (such as no more than 4 egg whites a day).
I also looked this diet up on other forums and someone stated that the oatmeal can't be instant oatmeal, neither can the brown rice, and the yogurt has to be plain. Is this true?
Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.
Trish

For brown rice, I cook up a couple servings at a time and then refrigerate what's left over so I can heat it up quickly in the microwave for the next bunch of meals. I really prefer the taste of brown rice over white.
