
My goal for Mother's Day (May 11) will be 10 lbs, which would get me to 199. ONEderland here I come!
For those new to the idea, you can post a goal for anything: pounds or kilos or stone you want to lose, staying on plan with eating and/or exercise, a certain number of miles or number of workouts you want to do between now and then. Anything that will help motivate you and help you meet your personal fitness and health goals!

My goal is to eat within my calorie range 1200-1400 cals during the week and up to 1600 on the weekend. Plus I will exercise every day! I want to make this a habit!! I would love to finally get to my goal weight. It's taking forever.
