1 banana
1/3 oatmeal
mix all together, fry it up and enjoy

i got this recipe from the calorie count website and was surprised how well it worked, i always eat it for lunch
Also, add in some cinnamon if you like ( i add it at the end to have a couple plain and a couple Cinnamon )
or try it with 2 egg whites if you want a more banana taste



I stuck my stuff in the blender to really get it at a pancake consistency. A little left over after making 3 big pancakes, so I stuck it in a ziplock baggy.
