Now is the time *gets on her soap box*
Right here goes food wise
I will.....
- eat my 5 portions a day

- take my vitamin supplement the doctor perscribed me - have been diagnosed anaemic since having my son 3 YEARS AGO and have never taken the supplements

- no cr*p shall pass my lips - chocolate and crisps are out

- no takeaways!
- I will drink 3ltrs of plain water a day if it kills me!
- and NO snacking after 9pm!

- must learn to eat breakfast

Exercise wise
I will.......
- go jogging with mutley once a day and build up my time
- do my exercise video every otehr day
- stretch properly!
- use my sit up machine and build it up gradually
So those are my promises. If there are any otehr welshies about who want ot help me stick to these then please buzz me as id love to have a work out partner. I was considering do the hideously embaressing posting a picture ont eh webiste of me in my semi undressed glory (i ment in underwear or at least figure seeable attire!
so you can all see any progress that i make!
