Hi There!
Today I have eaten a ridiculous amount of junk food, I guess it is what you call a 'binge'?
Anyway I totalled up my calories for today and they come to 1500, which is what I aim for everyday, and I have pretty consistantly lost 1lb a week.
However every one of those calories is from chips, chocolate and soda :/
My question is this: aside from the lack of nutrients, will I still lose/maintain this week? Or will the fat/sugar content outweigh the low calorie content?
I hope this makes sense and fyi I do not eat like this everyday - today was a bad day!
