I'm Jamie, I'm 32, married for almost 8 years and a mother of 2 (5 year old and 21 month old). I have been struggling all my life with my weight and it seems that after I got married I really started to pack on the pounds and then pregnancies, etc. I have really found it hard to lose this weight and keep it off, especially after I've hit 30. In my early 20s I used to be able to just not eat and I'd drop weight, now I can't starve myself, my body just cant do it. Plus, I know it is not healthy. I need to get control of my eating and am also have a hard time figuring out a regular exercise. I am on a military base and don't have consistent child care for the gym ...anyone have any suggestions?
