    Look around and settle in! This is such a great place to give and receive support.

    Have you found our 300+ or 100 lb clubs yet? They might be good places to start. We also have groups by eating plan...what sort of plan do you follow?

    Congrats on your amazing success so far! Can't wait to get to know you better...stick around and keep posting!
