Food Diary!

  • Since i cant find a forum for your daily menu diary,Im going to make one! I think we can all use a little change in our foods, maybe we can get ideas from each other! ILL make the first post! Feel free to comment and make suggestions, or let me know of any ideas you may have for me and future members!!

    B= 3 eggs 2 oz cheese, 1/2C oatmeal, 2 cup coffee, Water and xcels

    L=1.5Oz Tuna, 1tbsp ,mayo & mustard, 6 melba toast, 1 banana

    D=6 oz ground beef, 8 cherry tomato's, 1/2C tomato sauce,

    S=3/4 C pineapple, La lite.

  • Here is my menu for TO for March 10th & 11th:

    Mon:
    B - 16 oz of OJ w/ EZ Fiber Added
    L - 4 oz Tuna, 2 C Salad w/ Light Ranch
    S - Sugar Snap Peas - Uncooked
    S - 1 C Collard Greens
    D - Stir Fried Chicken Breast w/ Bell Peppers, Sugar Snap Peas Cooked

    Tue:
    B - 16 oz OJ w/ EZ Fiber Added
    S - Fresh Asparagus - Cooked w/ ICBINB Spray
    L - Turkey Breast, 2 C Salad w/ Light Ranch
    S - Fresh Asparagus - Cooked w/ ICBINB Spray
    S - Squash, cooked w/ ICBINB Spray
    D - Beef Tenderloin w 2 C Salad

    WL: ~ 3.5 lbs

    Wed: Moving back to Plan 3
    B - 1 scrambled Egg, 2 Light Bread, w/ light mayo (egg sandwich) (.5P, 1S, 1C)
    - 3/4 C pumpkin pudding w/ 3/4 C Fiber One Cereal (1V, .3D)
