I think that i was 172 - 174 last week but i had carbed and salted and dehydrated my self.

It moved on the official weigh in day

I AM NOT WEIGHING TODAY, BECAUSE I AM A SUPER FAT @$$, AND I DON'T LIKE MYSELF TODAY!! I KNOW I HAD A GAIN, AND I CHOOSE NOT TO DESTROY WHAT LITTLE MOTIVATION THAT I HAVE LEFT BY KNOWING HOW MUCH!!!!

(for those of you who missed it, my fat jeans would barely button this AM, for some un-godly reason!! Probably those peanuts I had last night!!) Well anyway....... DEATH TO THE SCALE!!!! ...at least my scale anyway...

Melody it is the peanuts they weill make you retain fluid with the salt. do not kick your self for that. you have been having much stress this last few weeks so just concentrate on the plan not the scale nor the way your clothes fit. it may be TOM time too!!!
