I have WI in 2 hours

  • I was going to exercise this afternoon since my morning was hectic nothing crazy just WATP is this a good idea or should I wait until tonight?
  • I wouldn't personally wait if you want to do it now. A little bit of exercise might make you feel less stressed
  • I don't think there's any real reason to wait... if you end up holding some water due to the exercise at your WI, rest assured it'll be gone next week. If you're motivated to do it now, do it now!!
