I'm sure I have a very similar story to many on here. I've struggled with my weight pretty much my whole life. I can't really seem to get the balance right; I'll eat too much and not workout or workout too much and not eat enough.
I'm currently 216lbs. My highest weight was 256lbs and my lowest weight was 198lbs. I recently tried the Master Cleanse (Lemonade Diet) where you just drink a lemonade concotion for a 10day fast. I did it for 5 days and gained back the 10lbs i lost over a weekend. wonderful.
soooo, i'm going back to the tried and true of counting calories and working out more.

Congrats on the weight that you've lost so far! There's a Calorie Counters area if you'd like to find people doing the same. There are also many support groups. So have a look around & post where you're comfortable.
