    S - banana (105)
    L - lean cuisine sesame stir fry w/chicken (300)
    S - two clementines (60), apple (80), yogurt (150)
    D - CL cavatappi w/spinach and beans (401)
    S - clementine (30)
    Total - 1411
    Exercise - 15 min walk@lunch, 5 min warmup, 25 min HIIT elliptical resistance 2/15 1:1, 5 min cooldown

    B~grapefruit and 1/4 c cottage cheese
    S~grapefruit (we have an abundance still on our tree--and it is starting to bloom for next year so I need to get rid of them!!)
    L~homemade turkey soup, yogurt, 1/2 apple
    S~6 Triscuits with 1 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedge
    D~probably tamales, don't know what to serve with them as of yet

    E~1.4 mile power walk with DH and the dogs after dinner tonight

    D - protein pancakes (323) w/maple syrup (100), bowl of ww pasta (200) w/sauce (60) and asiago (30), OJ (100)

    Exercise - 15 min walk@lunch, 10 min warmup, 25 min strength upper body/back
  • Tuesday
    B~grapefruit & 1 small protein pancake with SF syrup (BTW--SF syrup is gross)
    S~grapefruit if I have time
    L~SW chicken salad, yogurt, 1/2 an apple
    S~?
    D~chicken with veggies and rice

    E~ran 2 miles this morning, will walk another mile this afternoon

    D~salsa chicken, broccoli & cauliflower, Rice
    (By the way, this was supposed to be last night's dinner--we had southwest chicken salad instead)

    D - at in-laws' house: 1 small piece of steak (166), about 1C of green beans (45), about 1/2 C of a mixture of sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, breadcrumbs, and parmesan (150?), one piece of carrot cake (338)
    Total - 1143-ish
